Today, we’re featuring a wonderful street photography series from film photographer Mathew Zucker. Here is more from Mathew about capturing these portraits in NYC…
Captured over the past two years on the streets of New York City, these photographs were created using a 1965 Rolleiflex TLR with Kodak Gold 200. Photography for me is a quiet, intentional way of engaging with the world while finding the beauty contained within it, and the portraits are an effort to connect with the people I see everyday but do not know at all.
Analog cameras and films used: Rolleiflex (Find at KEH Camera or on eBay) | Kodak Gold 200 (Find on Amazon)

Your portraits are wonderful and, it seems, true to their subjects. I hope you can post an article about how you approach people and make them comfortable with being photographed.
