Today, we’re featuring a travel story from photographer Lisa Cossi. Lisa traveled to northeast Brazil, and, using a combination of Kodak Portra and Kodak Ektar medium format film, she captured amazing landscapes with stunning colors. Here is more from Lisa about her time in Brazil…

Fernando de Noronha is a UNESCO world heritage site and protected ecological reserve in northeast Brazil. It is known for its beaches, diving, snorkeling, and hiking. My husband and I spent several days just hiking around the island and enjoying the many beautiful beaches around the island. My only regret is not having an underwater camera with me, as we got to swim with sea turtles, dolphins, and all sorts of beautiful marine life that I wish I could have captured on film.

Analog cameras and films used: Pentax 645n (Find at KEH Camera or on eBay) | Kodak Portra 400 (Find on Amazon), Kodak Portra 150 (Find on Amazon), Kodak Ektar 100 (Find on Amazon)
