Today’s feature is a fine art series from film photographer Josefina Bonavia. Here is a bit more about Josefina and her experience shooting film…
Josefina Bonavia, aka Koko Peludo, is a 27-year-old film photographer and graphic designer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, shooting on film for 8 years now. She got interested in analog photography in 2011 when she got the chance to shoot with a Mini Diana, which was a birthday gift, and she fell in love with all the process and the results she got from a plastic camera and a roll that were very different to the digital ones that she was used to. She adore all the ritual of the analog photography: the magic, the texture, the patience that analog shots require, the fact of not being able to see the picture right after shooting.
Analog cameras and films used: Pentax Asahi Spotmatic (Find at KEH Camera or on eBay) | Kodak Portra 400 (Find on Amazon)
