I cannot think of a more romantic engagement location than Italy! Today, we are featuring a stunning engagement session shot in Lake Como from Italian film photographer Fabrizio Viganò. Fabrizio’s images are romantic and intimate, filled with rich pastels and gorgeous soft light. Each frame celebrates love and beauty. Here are a few words from Fabrizio about his time in Lake Como:
Kalliopi and Costantinos are a beautiful couple, super romantic! They decided to have their portrait session at the end of a holiday from Greece, where they live. Kalliopi asked me to suggest an intimate place on Lake Como. I immediately thought about the silent beauty of Villa Monastero Garden, which is shaded by fascinating secular plants and extends for one mile and a half on the lake shore from Varenna to Fiumelatte. When we were in the garden, we were embraced by colourful and scented flowers, such as African palms, yuccas, Lebanon cedars and cypress-lined avenues. Then, we moved to the nearest Vila Cipressi, a century-old garden with beautiful tiered terraces by the lake.
