Today, we’re featuring a beautiful Malta travel story from film photographer Yang Huo. Here is more from Yang about visiting the Mediterranean…
My friend had just come back, and I had not seen her for a year. We decided to go on a trip somewhere we have not been. We went around Malta but mainly stayed on Gozo for the trip as we both preferred quieter and open spaces. We both got into film photography less than a year ago. I chose to use 400D for the soft and warm cinematic colors to capture the feel of somewhere like Malta, and the 400TMax for its sharp contrasts and details, especially in such beautiful sunlight.
Analog cameras and films used: Canon A-1 (Find at KEH Camera or on eBay), Olympus AF10 Super (Find on eBay) | CineStill 400D (Find on Amazon), Kodak T-Max 400 (Find on Amazon)
