Today, we’re featuring a lovely photo series from film photographer Steven Jensen. Here is more from Steven about capturing the series Neuk…
Neuk is a Scottish word meaning ‘corner.’ Here, Neuk refers to the area of sea and coastline in the Firth of Forth where these photos were taken. The main inspiration for this series, of which these photos are just a small selection, is centered in the East Neuk of Fife.
I usually like to shoot street photography in Edinburgh, but due to health reasons, I have decided to escape the city for some peace and time for reflection. Most of these photos were taken this year in January and February, but a few date back to the summer of 2024.
Analog cameras and films used: Olympus OM10 (Find at KEH Camera or on eBay) | Kodak UltraMax 400 (Find on Amazon), Expired Fujicolor 200 (Find on Amazon)
