My goal was to take a different approach to shooting swim, which is typically super bright and saturated and predictable. For this shoot, we played with backlight, dramatic lighting, the movement of both the ocean and the subject and aimed to create something timeless.
I am a professional Architecture and Hotel Lifestyle photographer by day, but I love to get out with a few rolls of 35mm and 120 to slow my pace down a bit and capture interesting stories. This is one of them.
