Today, we’re featuring a wonderful travel and landscape series from film photographer Carolina Nobile. Here is more from Carolina about using the Fujifilm Instax Wide instant camera to capture her adventures over the last ten years…
Despite its size, the Fuji Instax Wide was my favorite camera when traveling. Compared with Polaroid, it’s extremely reliable, and the colors of the images remain sharp and bright for eternity (and also, Fuji Instax film is less expensive than Polaroid). This series is a compilation of pictures of landscapes I took during different trips: the United States, Colombia, Argentina, Italy, Brazil, and others. I need now to say goodbye to this old camera which has many broken parts and doesn’t work well anymore. She’s been really good to me, and even though I never thought I could have feelings for an object, I do have feelings for this camera, and I’m gonna miss it.
