Today, we’re featuring a creative series from film photographer Drew Evans. Over the course of a year, Drew compiled a group of images that look to evoke a sense of nostalgia, happiness, regret, and so many other emotions. Here is more from Drew on his Remember When… series:
This series is all about the feelings that tend to surface when you’re alone, when you have all the time in the world to think, remember, and let memories flood back into your head. Especially throughout the pandemic, we’ve all found ourselves with a bit more time to ourselves than usual. I, and many of my friends and family, have taken more time to really ‘think.’
That’s what this series reflects for me. All of these images are titled based on the feelings and stories people have shared with me over the last year. Some happy, some regretful, some sad, some hopeful. Everyone feels in their own way.
