Today, we’re sharing a beautiful travel story from film photographer Marta Schmidt. Here is a more from Marta about her time visiting Ibiza and Formentera in the Mediterranean Sea…
I went to Ibiza 14 years ago, and I hardly took any photos, so I was really looking forward to going with my eight year old daughter for a few days. It didn´t disappoint. The color of the water, the narrow roads, the white houses, the vibrant colors, the flora, the curated shops and cafes…. Ibiza in spring made me want to stop the car every minute.
We also took the ferry one day and went to Formentera, which is only 30 minutes away, and although the sea was a bit rough that day, it was totally worth it to visit the island, even during the off season. We ate amazing food, saw the clearest blue water, and enjoyed driving in almost empty roads from the top to bottom of the island.
