Today, we’re featuring a beautiful infrared series from Pablo Fanque’s Fair. Here is more from Pablo Fanque’s Fair about infrared film photography…
The photographic capture of images in the infrared wavelength range makes it possible to see an alternative to the real life, similar to the parallel world. The images of the presented series were shot with the Mamiya C220 Pro, Mamiya-Sekor 80mm f/3.7 lens, and Hoya Infrared R72 filter on the medium format film Ilford SFX 200. This film has the sensitivity in the near-infrared range, sufficient for shooting with relatively short shutter speed so that moving people and animals can also be seen as inhabitants of the infrared world.
Analog cameras and films used: Mamiya C220 Pro (Find at KEH Camera or on eBay) | Ilford SFX 200 (Find on Amazon) | Hoya Infrared R72 filter (Find on Amazon)
