For years, I’ve dreamed of living in California and being able to surf. I’ve made my way slowly west over the past several years, and my Canon AE-1 has come along the entire time. This camera was gifted to me by a friend years ago, and I love taking it with me for every little trip to the beach now. I love that film makes me slow down, observe, and just enjoy that I’ve reached such a beautiful place. Below are pictures from the Pismo Beach on the Central Coast, my new home.
