Today, we’re featuring a wonderful Seattle travel story from Amanda Caves Salata. Here is more from Amanda about her first time in Seattle…
I have never been to Seattle, so when the opportunity arose to attend an industry conference in the Pacific Northwest last fall, I jumped at the chance for a quick trip to explore a new-to-me city. I was fortunate to have decent weather some of the time, and managed to carve some time away to explore the city. Even in the rainy season, Seattle is amazing. I cannot imagine a place more full of life than Pike Place Market. A lively market, an abundance of independent bookstores, fall leaves, and beautiful buildings makes for one happy photographer. It was also during this trip that I (finally) fell in love with Fuji Superia 400. What a lovely punchy film stock.
Analog cameras and films used: Nikon F100 (Find at KEH Camera), Nikon N80 (Find at KEH Camera) | Kodak Gold 200 (Find on Amazon), Fuji Superia 400 (Find on Amazon)
